Are you ready to discover one of Denizli’s hidden gems, known for its distinctive atmosphere, historical richness, and peaceful character?

Welcome to Çal, where ancient traditions meet modern winemaking and the soils of Anatolia give every bottle a unique identity.

We follow the Çal Wine Route for a peaceful escape from the rush of city life. This enchanting journey offers visitors a tranquil retreat among lush vineyards.

As you set out, you will admire the rich green landscape surrounding you and follow the rhythm of nature while listening to the calls of blackbirds, known in French as “Le Merle,” which are said to have inspired the name of the Merlot grape.

The Çal Wine Route is a wine tourism destination created to reveal and share the region’s culture, gastronomy, history, natural beauty, and especially its viticulture and wine production.

Day 1

At 08:00, we depart in a private vehicle reserved for our group and head toward the location where we will enjoy a surprise breakfast.

At 12:00, we arrive at Lermonos Vineyards, the first stop on our tasting route.

Following a tour of the vineyards and production facilities, we continue with a tasting and lunch.

After lunch, we visit Küp Winery for the second tasting of the day and explore one of the forty prototype wineries built in Türkiye during the 1960s.

We then proceed to our hotel, complete the check-in process, and enjoy some free time.

At 20:00, we meet in the hotel lobby to head to our restaurant. After a delightful dinner accompanied by an excellent wine paired with the menu, we return to the hotel.

Day 2

At 09:00, we begin our journey to Laodicea, an ancient city established in the 3rd century BCE, which became one of Anatolia’s most important metropolitan centres and was home to one of the Seven Churches mentioned in the Bible.

Following our guided visit to the ancient city, we arrive at Kuzubağ Vineyards for the first tasting of the day. After an extensive tour of the vineyards and production facilities, we continue with a tasting and lunch.

After lunch, we visit Erdel Winery for the second tasting of the day. Following the tasting of Erdel’s distinctive wines, we begin our return journey.
